Subscription, cancellation, and refund terms

This page summarizes how AccessTrace handles subscriptions, cancellations, failed payments, and refund requests.

Monthly subscriptions

AccessTrace plans are monthly subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel at any time from Manage Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Access after cancellation

If you cancel during a paid billing period, you may continue using your paid plan until the end of that billing period. After the paid period ends, the account may be downgraded or restricted.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatic after account use. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented use of the service.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, AccessTrace may keep the subscription active while Stripe retries payment. Access may be limited, downgraded, or suspended if payment remains unresolved or the subscription becomes canceled or unpaid.

Free access

Free access is limited and intended only for evaluation or account setup. Free accounts are restricted to one analysis and do not include the full paid plan allowance.
