Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for using AccessTrace AI.

Last updated: May 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, using AccessTrace AI, uploading evidence, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies linked from this page, including the Privacy Policy, Billing Policy, and Security guidance.

2. What AccessTrace AI provides

AccessTrace AI helps users analyze SSO, identity, access, and authentication troubleshooting evidence, including SAML, OIDC/JWT, HAR, metadata, certificates, Windows/AD, LDAP, Kerberos, claims, groups, roles, policy notes, and mixed access evidence. The service provides informational analysis, practical findings, remediation suggestions, report language, and support-oriented explanations.

3. No guarantee of diagnosis or outcome

AccessTrace AI is a troubleshooting aid. It may make mistakes, miss issues, or provide incomplete analysis. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them, sharing them, applying changes, or sending them to a vendor, customer, colleague, or support team.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the evidence you upload or paste into AccessTrace AI. Do not upload passwords, private keys, full session cookies, bearer tokens, production secrets, unnecessary personal data, or material you do not have permission to process. You should redact sensitive values before upload whenever possible.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you believe your account or uploaded evidence has been accessed improperly.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and paid access continues until that period ends. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not automatic after account use. See the Billing Policy for more detail.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use AccessTrace AI to violate laws, compromise systems, abuse third-party services, upload material you lack rights to use, reverse engineer the service, scrape the service, interfere with availability, or attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, authentication, or access controls.

8. Intellectual property

AccessTrace AI, including its software, design, interface, workflows, reports, branding, text, and other original materials, is owned by AccessTrace AI or its owner/licensors. All rights are reserved. You retain responsibility for evidence you upload, subject to the rights needed for AccessTrace AI to process, store, and display that evidence to provide the service.

9. Service availability and changes

AccessTrace AI may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessTrace AI is provided as-is and as available. AccessTrace AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made based on generated outputs.
